Petite Package "day of" Coordination

This package is for the couple who has already planned their special day but knows how important it is to have an expert at their wedding to make sure everything goes as planned. Your only job on your wedding day is to be a Bride & Groom. Let us deal with the rest.

• Our planner will be in touch with you prior to your wedding day to set up an agenda and to discuss your vision.
• Ceremony planning and direction
• Vendor direction
• She will be there on your wedding day to take care of any last minute needs and to see that all the hidden details have been considered and addressed.
• She will line up your wedding party, help with young ring bearers and flower girls if needed
• Wedding emergency kit provided
• Works with the DJ and photographer to help capture all of the special moments.
• Cocktail hour and seating arrangements
• Dinner plates and drinks
• Cake Cutting
• Prepare the wedding party and family members with special dances at the reception, as well as the bouquet and garter toss

Standard Package:

This package is for the couple who have already planned a majority of their special day but need some expert guidance the last few months to take care of any last minute detail.

• Meet 2 months before wedding day to discuss the itinerary for the wedding day and to make sure all of the little details have been considered
• Review and contact vendors
• Assist with vendors not booked
• Review wedding plans and offer suggestions if needed
• Walk through of wedding site
• Create time line of events of wedding day
• A wedding planner will be present at the rehearsal to see through a smooth practice in preparation for the wedding day
• On your wedding day we will be there to oversee and assist with set up and any last minute necessities
• We will handle all of the last minute stressors so you and your bridal party and family can fully enjoy your day
• We will also assist bridal party lining up and walking down the aisle
• Communicate with DJ and photographer to make sure all of the special moments are captured and timed

This package is for the busy couple who needs assistance with the wedding planning process right from the start.

• Guide and assist with selecting the perfect location for your wedding and reception
• Securing vendors
• Creating a master to-do list
• Discussing the budget and monitoring it to stay on track
• We will also assist with design and décor of your ceremony and reception
• Work and coordinate with hired vendors
• Assist with accommodations for out of town guests
